Email fallbackThey resolve many temporary access, purchase, and permission issues.
Open Loom, go to Account, and select Give App Feedback. If you cannot open the app, email spencer@loomlife.us.
Use the same sign-in method you originally used, confirm your internet connection, and install the latest App Store version. If access is still blocked, email support and include any error message you see.
Open Account → Restore Purchases. Confirm that the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. App Store billing and renewals are managed by Apple.
Review Account → Notifications inside Loom. Then confirm that iOS notification permission is enabled for Loom. Reopen the app after changing permission settings.
Apple Health is optional and read-only in Loom. Open Account → Apple Health to review the integration, then check Loom’s Health permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app.
Use Account → Delete Account to permanently delete your Loom account. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through your Apple Account settings.
Read the Loom Privacy Policy. For a privacy-related question that is not answered there, use in-app feedback or email support.
Email support when you cannot resolve the issue inside Loom.
